Normally I hate to give 5 stars across the board, but I can say that John has earned them. He has a good sense for properties, and a fair idea of what it takes to fix up areas of houses when they are not in ideal condition. He's fairly responsive and is often available for calls. There was a lot of the process that I was unsure of how to handle, and he was able to guide me towards both what was needed to be done, and what should have been done.
