What? How could I say that? I told you we are different here at the MARK Z Real Estate Team. We do not claim to be the number one real estate agent in Michigan or Metro Detroit. Wow isn’t that refreshing? After all how STUPID is it that every agent claims to be one of the top real estate agents in Michigan?
Nobody cares, all you care about is whether that Realtor can sell YOUR home. Who cares if he/she sold a million homes, if they don't sell your home, what does it matter? The average Realtor sells 7 homes a year. Technically you could sell 2 homes a month, or 24 homes a year and be one of the top agents in Michigan. Every Realtor claims to be in the top 1%, sell a million homes a year, and blah, blah, blah. All I can tell you is we SOLD 102 homes throughout Metropolitan Detroit in 2008 and so far in 2009 we have sold 181 homes, AND we sold our listings for 98.2% of our asking price. I'll leave it up to you to determine who the top real estate agents are in Northville, Novi, Commerce, Livonia, Canton, West Bloomfield and the rest of Southeastern Michigan.
