Prior to becoming a Northville, Michigan real estate agent, I graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. degree. I immediately got involved in a corporate sales environment working out of Canton, Michigan with a company called Advanced Communications, Inc. After my second year I was their top sales person. I eventually moved to a company called Dynalectric and was their sales manager before I made the life changing move into the real estate industry. I say life changing, because I have realized there is nothing more gratifying than helping people. And I have been fortunate enough to help a lot of people throughout my career.

I was inducted as a member of the PRESIDENT'S TOP 30 in my third year with Coldwell Banker Schweitzer real estate, and have remained a member ever since. This is an accomplishment only the top real estate agents in the world accomplish year after year. However, all the accolades, awards, and accomplishments wouldn't mean much without creating happy clients along the way. Year to date more than 75% of my business can be attributed to positive word-of-mouth referrals from past clients. Clients always want to know if I'm still selling homes in this market. The funny thing is, as the market gets worse I have been selling more homes than I have ever sold in my real estate career. Let's face it, the real estate market has been "really good" here in Michigan for a long time. In fact we have had an upward trend since the early 90's. So there are a lot of Realtors who are used to the traditional techniques of putting a sign in front of the yard, throwing the listing on the MLS, maybe holding an open house, running an ad or two in the local paper and ultimately every house would sell. Obviously that's not working in this type of market, or else every house would sell.

Well, what else is there that you're probably thinking? I have a marketing plan that is actually designed to prosper in this type of market.
