Community High

Community High School is a rigorous college prep magnet school designed to teach students to use the entire community as a resource for leaning and studying and to become independent, lifelong learners. Ranking in the top 1% of high schools in the state of Michigan, Community High School has an innovative learning style where students design their own coursework and sometimes even the whole course. This unique approach to education has proven to be quite a success.



Located just north of the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Community High School is close to the culture of a thriving college city and has the benefit of seeing post-secondary education first-hand.  When you live in Ann Arbor you’ll find that you’re never short of things to do.  From the Hands-On Museum to parks and nature areas to the major art fairs with hundreds of vendors, Ann Arbor is a unique and incredible place to raise a family
