BE AWARE of Realtors that say they do a lot of open houses. Only 1% of home buyers have bought a house through an open house. STAY AWAY from Realtors that say they advertised a lot in magazines and newspapers. According to the statistics only 3% of buyers bought the advertise property. Again failing 97% of the time.
