Location of Springbrook Meadows

Springbrook Meadows is a smaller neighborhood in the heart of Commerce Township, consisting of 48 homes.  The subdivision was newly built in 1998. Springbrook Meadows is located north off of Commerce road, just east of Union Lake road. You enter off of a street called Greenlawn.

Springbrook Meadows Homes

There are sidewalks in the neighborhood. Architectural styles range from mostly colonials to a couple ranches. Three to four bedrooms and square footage from 1900 to 2900 square feet can be found with price ranges in the low to mid $300's. Every home has a two car attached garage. Association fees in Springbrook Meadows are very reasonable at only $350 a year. The neighborhood belongs to the Walled Lake School District.  The little ones would go to Keith Elementary located on Keith road.
