The neighborhood consists of just 48 homes. Neighbors love the subdivision because it is one of those neighborhoods in Commerce where you walk down the sidewalks and you know everyone's name. There are only two streets Greenlawn and Arden.
Homes in the neighborhood vary in architectural style from Colonials to Cape Cods with a ranch or two. Most of the homes have 4 bedrooms although a few have 3 bedrooms. Square footage ranges from 1,700 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet. Home prices start at in the $250's. The homes are brick faced and vinyl siding on the three other sides. Everyone in the neighborhood keeps up their curb appeal. Association dues are only $350 for the entire year.
Those looking for dining choices in the area would love Anaam's Middle Eastern, Daniels Pizza, Matter of Taste, Wilsons, or Lakes Bar & Grille all located on Union Lake road. Personally a favorite of mine is Lakes Bar & Grille located at 2528 Union Lake Road in the Uptown Plaza adjacent to Fantastic Sams Hair Salon.
