We know every real estate agent claims to be a "great negotiator." My question is how many of them have guaranteed it? How many of them put their money where their mouth is?

The program works like this, we guarantee to negotiate a minimum of 10% off of the asking price on a home or we will write you a check for $500.00 at the closing. That means on a $500,000 house will negotiate $50,000 off the asking price for you, or we will pay you $500.00 at closing. Many of our fellow associates wonder how we can guarantee that? We truly believe in our skills and in fact pay a real estate coach $1,000 a month to train us into being the best that we can be for you.

Qualifications For Our Master Negotiator Program

  1. You must mention this program to one of our sales associates prior to looking at homes, if you do, our sales associate will put this in writing for you so you are guaranteed to be included in this promotional offer. If it is not in writing and signed by our sales associate you will not qualify.
  2. You must agree to work with The MARK Z. Real Estate Team exclusively for the purchase of your new home. Why wouldn't you? We can show you any home, offered by any real estate company and the best part is, there is no charge to you. The selller pays our commission.
  3. The MARK Z. Real Estate Team must represent you in the purchase of your home and obviously we must write the offer.
  4. The maximum amount paid by the MARK Z. Real Estate Team will be $500.00 even if multiple offers are put on various homes and the MARK Z. Real Estate Team does not fulfill the guaranteed 10% off on multiple properties.
