How to use your private Control Panel
On the right side of your browser window is a panel "My Account". This your private Control Panel.
If you are not a registered visitor, you will see this:

Please register to gain access to our Advanced Search Features as well as obtaining your private Control Panel
Once registered you will then have access to your Control Panel.
Information in your Control Panel is private and only visible to you and our team. No one else has access to the information you provide (unless you share your login information which we advise you not to do).
Once registered, you now have complete access to your private Control Panel.
The options are:

Selecting this option will present you with the Control Panel system menu with your name at the top of the page:

From here you can access all of the private features of the Control Panel.
My Saved Searches
When performing a search using the Advanced Search screen, you have an option to "Save Your Search" located at the bottom of the form or the top of the search results page, this is where you can name your search. Once you have a saved search, you can access it through this screen. You can save as many saved searches as you would like.
Saved searches allow you to receive new listings that match your search criteria as they are listed.
You can also delete or edit your saved search criteria from this screen so you don't have to re-create your searches everytime you log in to www.markzproperties.com
Daily Listing Updates
New listings matching your saved search criteria will be sent to you each day. This will keep you informed on the latest properties available.
My Favorites
Another advanced feature available to registered visitors is the ability to see detailed listing information for all properties currently listed.
When you view a property, you have the ability save the property. This is the area that allows you to view the properties you've selected as your favorites.
From here you can View the details or remove the listing from your favorites.
My Messages
The message portion of this site allows you to send and receive messages directly to and from a Licensed Michigan real estate agent on the MARK Z. Home Selling Team.
On this screen you can: view messages, reply to messages or create a new message. You will want to check your messages often as this is a very handy way of communicating your wants and needs directly with our team agents.
My Profile
My profile contains your private information which will allow us to best serve your needs. The information contained on this screen is private and not available to the general public. This information should be accurate and is required to retain access to the Advanced Features of the website.
You can update your information at any time once you have registered and may begin using the Advanced Features of the website.
Bookmarked Listings
Overview
Bookmarked listings are listings that you want to save an view later.
Bookmark a Listing
To Bookmark a Listing click the star icon near each listing result or the Bookmark Listing button found on each listing's details page.
Now you are ready to begin your home search. On the top navigation links you will see a link that says "Search Homes"
