Willow Creek located east off Morton Taylor, just north of Ford road features mostly ranches and colonial style homes.  This canton subdivision was developed between 1972-1974.  The homes range from 1000-2100 SQ FT and most have either 3 or 4 bedrooms.  They range in price from $150,000-$225,000.  In 2007 10 homes sold in the Willow Creek neighborhood and the average price per square foot was $109/SF.

MC Intyre Gardens is located south off Ford road, first block east of Sheldon.  The homes in MC Intyre Gardens range from $125,000-$250,000 and feature mostly 3 bedrooms with basements and two car garages. The average price per square foot in 2007 was $102/SF and 16 homes sold.

Riverpark subdivision is located west off of Sheldon, just south of Palmer.  It is a newer neighborhood in Canton with homes being built between 1989-1991. Most homes are between 1300-1900 square feet. Riverpark is dominated by colonials with a few ranches in between. Eight homes sold in 2007 at an average of $124/SF.

Cherry Hill Village is one of Canton's newest developments.  Cherry Hill Village will feature 1300 homes when completed.  It started development in 2001 and still has homes under construction.  It is located off of Cherry Hill just west of Denton.  Prices range from $175,000 for a basic starter home in Canton to $700,000 for those looking for the finest in workmanship.  The average list price is currently $382,741 and the average sales price in 2007 was $325,806.  As bad as the Canton real estate market was in 2007, Cherry Hill Village still managed to sell 15 homes at an average of $124/SF.
