Polgon Map Search for property

The new feature utilizes Microsoft's polygon drawing tool and allows Michigan home buyers to use a polygon tool to draw their own home search parameters on a map.  This provide users a unique opportunity and greater flexibility to pinpoint home searches to a specific neighborhood, block or even condo building.

Using the SEARCH HOMES tab, you can start your home search by clicking on "SEARCH BY MAP", then on the right side of the page, click on the specific city that you want to search for property, click on "Refine Your Search" and this will bring up the general area on the map. Now you're ready to start using your never before seen polygon search tool.

Neighborhood information for all listings!

I don't know of another real estate website here in Metropolitan Detroit that has anything like this! This is probably the most useful information I have ever added to my website. From any listings details page there will be a tab called "Get Local." When you click on it, a google map will come up witih a neighborhood information tab that when clicked provides detailed statistics and other demographic information about the area directly surrounding the listing in question.

The "neighborhood information" tab details community characteristics, population statistics, financial statistics (average household net worth, median income etc), crime rates, weather & climate and much much more!
