Virginia BBQ in Novi Michigan offers Southern BBQ Comfort Food

Summer may be over but there’s one place you can get smoky sweet flavor year round. Virginia BBQ opened its doors in Novi this summer to a tantalizing array of barbeque goodness. The restaurant is part of a chain that also serves up Southern style home cooking in Virginia, California, Delaware and Maryland, with stores in North Carolina and Florida soon to follow. Their Virginia BBQ pulled pork sandwich is truly amazing, especially when paired with their corn bread muffins.
I feel this restaurant will be very successful, a barbeque oasis of sorts in our Northern land. Though we no doubt put forth our best efforts at the bases of our own grills and pits, sometimes it’s nice to appreciate the work of the masters. Virginia BBQ is conveniently located in the Pheasant Run shopping district, making it the perfect reward after a long day of shopping and running errands.
