make sure you winterize your sprinkler systems. I'll never forget the first year I bought my house and I just didn't know any better. Nobody ever told me that I needed to winterize my sprinklers. I had a costly expense when I turned on my sprinklers the next spring. Two of my lines had bursted during the winter months.
